Placing an order with shoestrainers.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.) Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

1. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. search boxes are located on nearly every top page of our store.
When you find an item that interests you, click buy button or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including Size selection box, colours, weight, product code, Manufacturer, and additional pictures.

 

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from shoestrainers, choose your size or colour from selection box and click the "buy" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the  at the top of every page of our website.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart,
(If you Have a discount coupon? Enter coupon code: and click "add Coupon" button ) and click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to Login page.
If you are a new customer, Enter Contact Information and your address details and click “continue” button .

4. Review, choose your payment method and complete Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided including your shipping address and make any necessary adjustments if needed. And choose your payment method
If you wanted to pay online, click the image link and follow the instructions.
If you wanted to pay offline, click the "complete order now" button to submit your order.
Once you place your order you will see the following message "Your order has been completed. Please remit payment according to the instructions below.
(Write down the payment instructions before you leave the page. Otherwise you will not find it later as it will only be displayed once) If you left without saved the payment details, contact us and we will send it to you one more time by email.
